ONE Night Initiative
One Night by Cross Worship is a united worship experience created to give people a glimpse of what heaven looks like on earth. It is a gathering where cultures, sounds, and generations come together for one purpose: to lift up the name of Jesus with one voice. These nights are raw, Spirit-led, and rooted in the belief that when the family of God worships as one, heaven responds. One Night is more than an event. It is a movement that invites every tribe and every background to encounter the presence of God together and to carry that unity back into their churches, families, and cities.

We're a group of worship leaders based in Cincinnati who believe something special happens when we gather.

In 2012, our founder Troy Culbreth, felt initiated to CROSS barriers of culture, color, and creed to gather people together to worship as ONE.​ The Lord is doing incredible things, but there's too much separation in the body. We exist to CROSS WORSHIP!
